Notes:

Make sure to use a thermometer to measure the water temperature at 176-185 °F. If the time exceeds 20 seconds, it will become too soft.

The clip might give you the uncomfortable feeling for the first couple of times, please keep trying. The discomfort will disappear within a few days. It could take up to four to six weeks to get used to using a mouth guard.
